Departing from Samsen, we begin our adventure along the Saen Saep canal. We then head for Wat Sitaram, a temple isolated from tourists and known only to the locals and our guides. We return to the Saen Saep canal or “khlong”, which will follow us throughout our expedition. We’ll walk along the Bangkok favelas, as close as possible to the local population, which will lead us directly to Jim Thompson’s famous house. We will then walk along the Mahanak khlong towardsthe Mahanak market. We’ll finish our visit at the famous Wat Saket.
